本名は佐藤楽音（さとう・がくと）。2001年神奈川県出身。3歳の時に重度の自閉症と診断され、2005年自閉症の療育のため家族とアメリカ・ロサンゼルスに移住。帰国後、16歳の時に岡本太郎の作品に触発され絵を描き始める。2020年アメリカ・ニューヨークで個展を開催。以来、アートイベント参加、国内外の大型施設でのインスタレーションを手がける。〈LeSportsac〉〈DIANA〉〈THE BODYSHOP〉〈GODIVA〉といったブランドとのコラボレーション多数。20歳の記念に企画した画集制作ではクラウドファンディングで1200万円を調達。2023年、自伝『GAKU, PAINT! 自閉症の息子が奇跡を起こすまで』（佐藤典雅・著／CCCメディアハウス）刊行。現在は神奈川県川崎市のアトリエ兼ギャラリー「byGAKU」を拠点に活動を行っている。 展覧会 2020年　アメリカ・USAGI NY 個展「by GAKU NY2020」 　　　　 東京・有楽町マルイ...
