Sumi-e artist
Born in 1988. From Kagoshima Prefecture. Belongs to Jennyet LLC. In 2012, he won the World Best Work Award at "EMBRACING OUR DIFFERENCES," held in Florida, USA, where 5,300 works from 63 countries participated. His live painting overseas includes Hong Kong's "OMEGA presents Ambassador Ball 2014 "SustainingTime" (2014), China's "Lotus Flower Peony Festival Opening Ceremony" (2016 *First Japanese person invited by the Shanghai government), and Art Basel Hong Kong (2023). In 2018, he created a mural for the domestic terminal building at Fukuoka Airport. In 2019, he won three categories at the advertising award "2019 Clio Entertainment." In 2020, he designed a collaborative T-shirt between the apparel brand "Champion" and judoka Shohei Ohno. His work has been used on the cover of the 2021 Ministry of Defense "Defense White Paper," as background footage for Ishikawa Sayuri's "Tsugaru Kaikyo Winter Scenery" at the 72nd NHK Kouhaku Uta Gassen, and in the "Godzilla Records Project," a collaboration between Toho and Universal Music. In 2022, his ink paintings were used in TV Asahi's "Tamori Station: The Two-Sword Style of Shohei Ohtani's Trajectory." In 2023, he will appear on NHK BS Premium's "The Pot of Beauty," and his work will be used as the main visual for the 95th Kinshuki High School Judo Tournament and the 94th Gyokuryuki High School Kendo Tournament. He currently works in two locations, Fukuoka and Fukui.
