Yuta Nakashima

Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1993. Lives in Tokyo. Artist and Art Director.
Member of ENLIGHTENMENT. After graduating from Osaka Designer College, he was invited by artist Hiro Sugiyama to join Kazepro Co., Ltd. He worked on commercial projects such as advertisements and CD jackets. In 2020, he moved to ENLIGHTENMENT and began his career as an artist.
His production style involves digitally collaging materials sampled from old movies and books, then applying paint. He is currently working with oil paints.
He also produces a ZINE annually, consisting of digital artworks and his own photographs.
In 2021, he received the Kenji Tokumitsu Award (Jury Award) at "Kiyo Bank presents UNKNOWN ASIA 2021." linktr.ee/yutanakajima
