Q. How can I make a purchase using installment payments?

If the total amount of a single purchase is \50,000 (tax incl.) or more, you can use the installment payment service offered by our affiliated credit company.
The maximum number of installment payments is 60, and fees are incurred separately based on the number of installments.
Fees are the responsibility of the customer.
A short screening is required to use the installment payment service. The screening result may be available as quickly as the same day.

A representative using the info@yugen-gallery.com email address will contact you at the email address you provide.
Select your payment method for purchasing the artwork and complete the payment procedures.
After confirming payment, we prepare the artwork for shipping.
The item is then delivered to you. If the item does not arrive or if you have any questions, you can contact us using the gallery's Inquiries page.

A. Shipping fees vary depending on the shipping destination you designate and the size of the artwork. After receiving your inquiry, we calculate the shipping fees and provide the information to you.
