ocave Okay

Born in 1986, a Tokyo-based textile artist. Graduated from Bunka Fashion College.
They create textile works inspired by the modest scenes encountered in daily life and landscapes discovered during their travels.
They find a connection between the process of fibers overlapping and gradually weaving together and the gentle transformation of a landscape. Like sketching subtle shifts in light, color, and atmosphere, they seek to capture these moments within their woven works.
