Yuan Fangzhou Enho-shu

YUAN Fangzhou /
Born in Liaoning Province, China. After graduating from the Department of Arts and Crafts, Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University in 2018, she moved to Japan. In 2020, she completed her master's degree in Crafts at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts. Currently, she is enrolled in the doctoral program in Crafts at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, and is active mainly in Tokyo. Focusing on the relationships among people, objects, and nature, and based on her philosophy influenced by post-minimalism and Eastern philosophies such as Buddhism, she creates works that intersect multiple media and techniques, including three-dimensional works, paintings, and videos, primarily using glass materials.
