Yuan Fangzhou Enho-shu
YUAN Fangzhou /
Born in Liaoning Province, China. After graduating from the Department of Arts and Crafts, Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts in 2018, she came to Japan. In 2020, she completed the Master's program in Crafts at Tokyo University of the Arts. Currently, she is enrolled in the doctoral program in Crafts at Tokyo University of the Arts and is active mainly in Tokyo. Focusing on the relationship between people, objects, and nature, and based on her philosophy influenced by post-minimalism and Eastern thought such as Buddhism, she creates works that intertwine multiple media and techniques, including three-dimensional works, paintings, and videos, primarily using glass as a material.
