This work combines an animation of water with the "SECOM" stickers seen around town. Saiki sees "SECOM" as ubiquitous in daily life, providing a sense of security, and as a kind of talisman in modern times.

On the other hand, the question is posed as to whether "safety" can truly be established in an environment prone to disasters, such as Japan. Within the work, a situation is depicted where safety is jeopardized by a powerful force that the functions of "SECOM" cannot handle.
