Stepping on frost columns
This work focuses on the cyclical process of frost columns forming, being trampled, and returning to the earth, juxtaposing their ephemerality and violence. By reconstructing the innocent sensation and sound of stepping on frost columns as an onomatopoeia, it visualizes the repetition of creation and destruction inherent in a small natural phenomenon. Simultaneously, it emerges as a metaphor for irreversible destruction by humans, questioning the distance between unconscious acts and the scars of the world.
