YUGEN Gallery (https://yugen-gallery.com/), a contemporary art gallery in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, is now recruiting part-time staff to support gallery operations at YUGEN Gallery FUKUOKA, our second location in Tenjin, Fukuoka.

・Reception, visitor services, customer service
・Guidance on artworks and exhibitions, sales support
・Assistance with exhibition setup and dismantling
・Support for social media updates and simple PR tasks
・Administrative tasks (data entry, list creation, etc.)
・General support for other gallery operations


・Customer service experience (any industry)
・Experience in galleries, museums, or art-related work
・Experience with social media management or public relations
・Experience using Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
・Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
・Proficiency in English, Chinese, Korean, or other languages

YUGEN Gallery FUKUOKA
Stage 1 Nishidori 4F, 2-1-4 Daimyo, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka-shi, Fukuoka 810-0041 (5-minute walk from Tenjin Station)

・Shift system (2 days a week or more, negotiable)
・Working hours: Negotiable between 10:30 and 19:00 (currently 11:00 to 19:00)
・Ability to work on weekends and public holidays

Hourly wage: 1,200 yen ~ (determined based on experience and ability)

・Commutation allowance (with upper limit)
・Salary increase (based on ability and work performance)
