This work is part of "Resonance," a group exhibition that uses the concept of "sound" as a clue to capture the subtle emotional fluctuations hidden within artworks. In this exhibition, the delicate gradations and rhythms that permeate the canvas are likened to "sound," drawing attention to the intrinsic movements present within different forms of expression. The layering of colors, brushstrokes, spray layers, and the tension and negative space created in the composition all reflect the flow of each artist's thoughts and sensibilities. KENTO KIYOHARA constructs a tense canvas through the overlapping of colors, quietly revealing the inner fluctuations that lie beneath the surface.
