Hidemi Ogata

Works on sale at the photo exhibition "Yokozuna Hakuho" by Hidemi Ogata, a photographer who has been photographing legendary icons such as musicians and artists for over 30 years.

Hakuho's father, a Mongolian sumo yokozuna and Olympic silver medalist in wrestling, is a hero to Hakuho. Days of rigorous training in a different language and culture. Even though she wanted to run away, she persevered, thinking that she should not smear mud on her father's face. The family remained nuclear. At the Miyagino stable in 2010 with my parents and older sister.
