[Echizen Natsuko] From Saturday, November 9, 2024, works will be exhibited at the Kikaki Studio and physical store "ORANGE kikaki" in Asakusa, Tokyo!

Popular contemporary artist Echizen Natsuko, who is represented by the contemporary art gallery "YUGEN Gallery" (Minami Aoyama, Tokyo; operated by Gene Co., Ltd.), will be exhibiting her works at the Kikaki workshop and cafe space of the physical store "ORANGE kikaki" near Kototoibashi in Asakusa from Saturday, November 9, 2024.

This exhibition mainly features specially commissioned works by Echizen Natsuko, who sympathizes with kikaki's philosophy of "careful handiwork that brings out the best in ingredients such as domestic fruit."

Echizen Natsuko's work is filled with the kindness and beauty of nature that resonates with kikaki's sweets, and the exhibition will include new artwork as well as drawings inspired by the streets of Asakusa and the scenery along the Sumida River. Original goods related to her work will also be on sale.

In addition, to commemorate this collaboration, we are also offering special gift wrapping paper designed by Echizen Natsuko. The sweets from kikaki, which are made with carefully selected domestic ingredients, will become even more special when wrapped in this wrapping paper. Kikaki's sweets are handmade one by one using carefully selected domestic ingredients such as domestic fruits, rice flour, and Calpis butter, making them an even more delightful gift.

Enjoy delicious seasonal sweets, as well as Echizen Natsuko's works in the kikaki space, and enjoy a special time experiencing the charm of Asakusa with all five senses.
