Keiko Nasu Keiko Nasu

An abstract artist who presents abstract paintings at exhibitions in Japan and overseas, and is also active in advertisements and magazines. Representative works include background paintings and appearances for Roppongi Kabuki, Star Flyer, department stores, and cosmetics companies.
While continuing to do a lot of work in commercial illustration, he is working on abstract expressions based on the concept of "no focus". Bleeding watercolor paint, layered acrylic paint. The screen, in which a completely different color emerges from the depths of color, reveals the hidden complexity that cannot be easily put away in all phenomena. This is the world itself, where all living things—existences that cannot be understood by one another—mix together. Therefore, it is shown as a modern arity to focus and not to simplify. The viewer knows that the colors are mixed, and when they are folded, the unmixed colors emerge, and they imagine the joy and affection of living together. The artist himself works with the hope that he will sympathize with the feelings that arise from the moment he puts his brush down on the canvas until the work is completed and the brush is stopped, and also the time and atmosphere.
